In-context editor returns "The selected phrase was not found" when clicking a text element

Certain elements on the same page are translatable, where as others return the message "The selected phrase was not found".
For example, on the page https://luster.cc/flip-disc/ under the GIZMODO, WIRED, TechCrunch and ADWeek logos, there are texts that cannot be localized.
Other text on the same page localize fine.
