Translation based on QT Framework

Hi,

I have a ts file (from QT Framework) with roughly 4000 phrases which need to be translated (4 languages). What I would like to recieve back is 4 translated qm files (normally done by the QT linguist application after translation).

How can I connect to Localize and achieve this?
