Verbose AJAX translations

I have hundreds of redundant translations such as:
"53 AJAX requests"
"1232ms"
"54 AJAX requests"
"132ms"
"55 AJAX requests"
"1262ms"
"56 AJAX requests"
"464ms"
etc.

Is there anyway to filter these or exclude some sort of pattern matching?
