Label Manager for Web

The Label Manager allows you to easily organize and manage your labels. With the Label Manager you can create/edit/delete labels, hide/show labels, and set the "Auto-approve" checkbox, all in one convenient place.

To view the Label Manager, select it from the sub-navigation menu, or select it from the settings icon in the Labels panel when on the Phrases page.

Label Manager Columns

The following information is shown in the Label Manager:

Checkbox

A checkbox is available for each label.

• Use this when doing a bulk delete of labels.
• Select labels to delete on the current page, or select all, then click the Delete Selected button.

Label Name

The name of your custom label or system label.

# of phrases

• This shows the number of phrases to which this label was applied.
• You can click on the number to display a filtered list of phrases on the Phrases page.

Actions

If you have selected any actions for your labels, they will be displayed in the Actions column.

Never deprecate

• Never deprecate phrases with this label applied.

Auto-approve

• Auto-approve any phrases with this label applied.
• See Label Actions for more details.

Exclude from translation orders

• Exclude any phrases with this label applied from human translation orders.
• See Label Actions for more details.

Exclude from machine translations

• Exclude any phrases with this label applied from having machine language translations generated.
• See Label Actions for more details.

Edit

• Edit: click Edit to edit the label details, or to delete the label.
